The Hall is available to the local schools for retreat days, nature walks etc.

Local schools provide concerts on occasions for the residents.

The nursing home is used for school placements where pupils gain work experience.

Colleges of Further Education conduct Horticultural workshops and training in the extensive grounds.

The grounds are also open to Art schools.

The large drawing room facilitates Ecumenical and professional meetings.

Quiet days apart are arranged by local parish groups of all denominations.

Exhibitions are held in the Pantheon where paintings, crafts and other works of art are beautifully displayed in this unique setting. It is also the venue for many concerts.

Management of the lake is undertaken by the local Police Force who use it for private recreation.
