Ince Blundell Hall Nursing Home: Augustinian Canonesses of the Mercy of Jesus

Ince Blundell Hall Nursing Home is owned and run by the Augustinian Canonesses of the Mercy of Jesus and was established in 1960 after being purchased by the Order to carry out the traditional work of caring for the ill and disabled.

The home is a grade II listed building set in 50 acres of beautiful park and woodland, with lawns and gardens. It is an ideal place for people who are ill to recover their health while enjoying the beauty of nature in the endless variety of trees, plants and flowers, not to mention the birds of all kinds.

Ince Blundell Hall was originally opened to care for the ill and retired priests of the Archdiocese of Liverpool. For over 40 years this apostolate has been maintained and also includes the care of elderly people - male and female of all denominations or none.

The Nursing Home is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), offering Nursing Care and End of Life Care.
